1. Use of Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital and intended for individual use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing any content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Account & Access
Access to purchased digital driving test routes is granted exclusively via the Gmail address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is accurate and accessible.

3. Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user licence to access and use the digital content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or modify the content in any way.

4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing or availability at any time without notice.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and waive your right to withdrawal under EU law.

6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
