At GetDrivingTestRoutes.ie, we provide digital products, including access to driving test routes and preparation materials, which are delivered electronically. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds – Digital Product Policy

All purchases are final. By purchasing from GetDrivingTestRoutes.ie, you agree to the following:

• Our products are digital downloads and online map access, not physical goods.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances immediately after purchase.

• By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the EU right of withdrawal rules.

This policy complies with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which states that there is no right to cancel once the performance of digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

Email Address and Access Requirements

Access to the Driving Test Routes are granted exclusively through the Gmail (Google) account provided by the customer at checkout. If the email address you provide is incorrect or not a Gmail account:

• You will not be able to access the digital routes.

• A €5 administrative fee will apply if you request an email change.

• This fee covers the time required to manually adjust access permissions.

To avoid delays or issues, please ensure that you provide a correct and valid Gmail address at checkout.
